German Chamomile is traditionally used for skin disorders and wound healing. German Chamomile has anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties (greater than Roman Chamomile's), and is particularly beneficial to sensitive or acne-prone skin.
Uses
For the relief of premenstrual symptoms: massage undiluted.
For the relief of headaches and to help relieve insomnia, nervous tension and stress: massage undiluted into forehead and temples.
To relieve symptoms of eczema, dermatitis, and treatment of acne, boils and burns: apply undiluted directly into affected area.
