- Lavender essential oil: Lavender Essential Oil has a light, floral and woody scent, and is well known for its relaxing and healing qualities.
- Lemongrass Essential Oil: a pungent and herbaceous essential oil, great for the skin, body and mind
- Lemon Essential Oil: light and refreshing, with many uplifting benefits to refresh and awaken.
Ingredients
Lavender: lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, Lemongrass: cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil, Lemon: citrus limonum (lemon) oil.
Details
- Bath: Add 10-12 drops of essential oils ro a full bathbefore immersing yourself in the warm water.
- Shower: Sprinkle 10-12 drops of oil on your shower recess floor and let the sensual scents wash over you.
- Vaporiser: Add 5 drops of your favourite oil to a burner dish or vapouriser for a subtle scent throughout the house (or office).
