I am a coffee obsessed –  I have always been a coffee obsessed and when I heard you can get coffee that’ll not only taste great but will improve your wellbeing I was in heaven.

I have heard of Before You Speak many times before as it is a very well known brand but I never had the chance to try their products, until one day, when I felt so out of energy and focus, that I spotted their coffee in one of our shelves and decided to give it a go and I remember thinking what’s so special about this coffee? How is it different from any other coffee out there? Aren’t they all supposed to ‘wake you up’? 

Well, turns out this specific coffee is different. It is infused with more than just your typical ingredients to not just wake you up – you’re supposed to perform better. 

What is It? 

This coffee is so different from any other brand – it’s Colombian coffee infused with Turmeric, MCT Oil & Siberian Ginseng. And you must be thinking how in the world do these ingredients combine and can possibly taste good? 

Well, they do – trust me when I say that. I specifically picked the caramel flavour because I am obsessed with caramel so my thought process was coffee with caramel has to be the best thing ever. 

And I was right! 

We Tried

I cannot begin to explain to you how amazing this coffee tastes. The caramel is not overpowering or overly sweet and you can actually taste the amazing coffee beans from Colombia, which brings a strong taste to it along with the turmeric. 

You can’t taste anything else and in my opinion that is a good thing. It is pure coffee taste with the most amazing caramel scent and flavour. What makes this coffee so different is that it promises to give you the same effect as coffee but without the horrible crash we experience afterwards. 

As soon as you have it, you can feel yourself becoming more alert. The thing about my coffee obsession is that it does causes me to crash very rapidly and the headache that comes with it in the afternoon is never pleasant. 

However, I must say that did not happen after I tried this coffee – I had focus for work and even after I finished, I still could feel myself being concentrated enough to perform any other tasks. I had a cuppa in the afternoon as well before I left work just to see how this coffee would help my gym performance. It did work much better than a pre workout as it didn’t give me any jitters or shakes. 

Final Thoughts

I was quite impressed with how amazing this product is! I never thought I would ditch my normal cuppa for something so different but this performance coffee is definitely something worth changing your usual habits for. 

The best thing is, if you’re not a fan of caramel, you can choose just the regular version, unsweetened or cinnamon as well so it’s definitely suitable for every taste. They also offer collagen coffee, period coffee and an extensive range that will definitely blow your mind! 

I incorporate this product now in the morning instead of my basic coffee and, sometimes, after I leave for gym instead of my usual pre workout. Let me tell you that, after making the change, the usual products don’t do for me anymore so get ready for a much needed product swap.
