As someone obsessed with gut health products, drinks and supplements, I was curious about the Gevity Bone Broth Body Glue as is seemed really interesting and different, so I needed to try it!

I tried just by simply mixing in water (just one teaspoon is enough for a cup of water) and the earthy, dense flavour was a burst of happiness on a cold, rainy day.
