If you’re like me and have a little toddler who is fussy, you know the pain – not enough nutritional value to his diet and this is where all the problem starts. Lack of energy, tummy aches, irregular bowel movements. 

To avoid these issues, I sneak in something nutritious into his lunch and dinner or even as a snack. So when I heard about the new Nutra Organics Super Tummy and what it’s supposed to do, I was over the moon!

It was music to my ears! I grabbed a tub and got to work. 

Testing with my Toddler

My son loves smoothies – mostly chocolate ones. So this powder was super suitable since it’s unflavoured.

It was easy to mix it into his regular drink (which was yogurt and unsweetened cocoa powder, with a touch of honey). I mixed 2 level teaspoons into the blender with the other ingredients to create something he loves and will have all the time. After I tasted it to make sure, I couldn’t tell there was anything new added, except that it was slightly sweeter due to the powder containing a natural sweetener (Thaumatin) – so I went easy on the honey. 

Results

My toddler loved his drink and never noticed I included a powerful ingredient! It was also super easy to include it in his porridge and I have a baking date scheduled with my son to make his favourite banana bread – to which I’ll add this powder as well! 

After a couple of weeks, there were no complaints about a sore tummy and his bowel movements became more regular, which is the exact results I needed.
