How to use?

The great thing about Superfeast products is that they are so easy to use. They’re not affected by heat, or cold, so you can literally add it to everything. The suggested dosage is ¼- ½ a teaspoon daily, although SuperFeast recommends that you listen to your body. Some may need more; some may be less. “Trust your body’s innate wisdom & intuition”.
