Peppermint Essential Oil: Mentha piperita (peppermint) oil
Dream Drops Essential Oil Blend: Lavendula intermedia flower/stem/leaf (Lavender) oil, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, pelargonium graveolens (geranium) oil, cananga odorata (ylang ylang) oil.
Details
Diffuser: Add 2 drops to your portable diffuser en enjoy anywhere anytime.
Massage: use a 2.5% dilution; 50 drops per 100ml carrier oil.
Bath: add 2 to 3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and benefit from steam inhalation.
Topically: Mix 1 drop with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck as needed.
