Gr8Health.com.au aims to include in the Product List current pictures of the goods.
At times, the picture of the goods on the Product List may differ from the goods
actually supplied to you. Gr8health.com.au does not warrant the accuracy of the
information contained in the Product List and recommends that you read the Labels
on Goods carefully before consumption.
Natural ingredients harvested in different seasons can produce variations.
These changes in colour, scent, flavour and texture are a completely natural occurrence
and they’re a testament to the purity and authenticity of the ingredients.
Laws
This Agreement, its Terms and Conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed
by the laws in existence in Australia. You agree that any claim relating to the Site and
our service can only be dealt with in a court in the state of Queensland, Australia.
Delivery
It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct billing and delivery
address to confirm the details before processing. We ship Australia wide at a
standard rate of $9.95 or $10.95 to ship with Australia Post. For orders over $99
shipping is free!
Standard and Free shipping is sent with Aramex (note: if you have a
PO BOX or parcel locker and qualify for Free Shipping it will be sent with Australia
Post).
Express Shipping is available for $19.95 through Australia Post. Tracking
information for your order will be emailed to you. To track your order simply click on
the link in your order confirmation.
Gr8 Health may not be able to provide delivery to
all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. We aim to have
orders processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being received.
Shipping times are approximate and are as follows:
. SE QLD: 1 – 2 business days
. QLD Regional: 3 – 4 business days
. NSW: 2 – 3 business days
. VIC, ACT, SA: 3 – 5 business days
. TAS: 5 – 7 business days
. WA, NT: 5 – 10 business days
. TAS: 5 – 7 business days

Out of Stocks
Gr8Health.com.au will endeavour to ensure that all products ordered by you are
supplied to you. However, please be advised that our inventory can fluctuate
throughout the day due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “stocked” when
you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. As we offer our customers
competitive pricing, we may need to order stock to ensure it has the longest use by
date. This also helps to keep our costs down due to increased freight and storage
costs. If there is a considerable delay, or we are unable to receive the item you have
ordered we will contact you by email or phone to notify you. If we are unable to
provide you with the product, we will offer you another suggestion or the option of a
refund. Please note that we are our suppliers preferred retailer and will receive out of
stock immediately from manufacturers.
Damaged Products
We check every product carefully to ensure it is not damaged prior to packing the
products. Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it to check if there are
any damaged products from the shipment and give us a call on (07) 5532 2069 or
email at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos so we can
submit a claim with the shipping companies and organise a replacement to be sent
to you as soon as possible.
Pricing Policy & Currency
Gr8health.com.au is carefully monitored by our staff to provide customers with
competitive pricing. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in-house
purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. All of our
prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services
Tax).
Payment Methods
Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and no surcharges apply using Westpac.
Westpac is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider.
PayPal is also accepted.
We also offer AfterPay – a service that allows you to split your purchase into 4
fortnightly instalments with no interest. T&Cs apply.
Returns
We understand that online shopping can be difficult. We will accept the return of any
product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered.
Gr8health.com.au must be contacted via email within 24 hours of receiving your
goods and provided with photo evidence for verification. Items must be received
back within 7 days of purchase. We will issue you with a return address label that
needs to be placed onto the original packing for return.
Goods returned to us because of change of mind must be unused and in perfect re-
saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will
not be able to refund you. Items must be returned within (7) days of the purchase
date. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all
associated costs due to returning the item ($4.95 processing fee as well as any postage).
Sale goods are non-returnable unless
faulty. Gr8Health.com.au takes no responsibility for lost merchandise without proof of
delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable.
A processing fee of $4.95 will be charged for change of mind and parcels that have
been returned to our office due to them not being collected.
Missing Parcel
Gr8 Health is not responsible for a missing parcel as we provide tracking details and once
your order has left our warehouse it is no longer in our possession. If the courier informed
you the parcel was delivered and you are sure it was not, this matter should be taken to
Australia Post or Aramex via these links:

Order Changes or Cancellations
As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you
may change or cancel an order. All orders are automatically processed on our secure
merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a
full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by
Gr8health.com.au due to the cancellation of your order ($4.95 processing fee).

ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not yet been dispatched, we
will try to accommodate your request.
