Placing an order with us confirms your acceptance of the following Terms and

implied, of any kind, except as expressly stated herein regarding the products sold
on the site. In no event shall Gr8health.com.au, its directors, officers, employees,
and representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special,
exemplary or other damages related to the product sold.


Gr8Health.com.au aims to include in the Product List current pictures of the goods.
At times, the picture of the goods on the Product List may differ from the goods
actually supplied to you. Gr8health.com.au does not warrant the accuracy of the
information contained in the Product List and recommends that you read the Labels
on Goods carefully before consumption.

 

Natural ingredients harvested in different seasons can produce variations.

These changes in colour, scent, flavour and texture are a completely natural occurrence

and they’re a testament to the purity and authenticity of the ingredients.

For cold packed items, we use ice packs and heat-reflective insulated packaging to help maintain

an appropriate temperature during transit for all temperature-sensitive products. While refrigeration

is recommended for long-term storage, our products are formulated to remain stable

at room temperature during shipping. Short periods at ambient temperatures

during transit will not affect the quality, safety, or potency of the product.

Customers should be aware that it is not required for products to remain strictly within 2–8°C 

during normal delivery. GR8 Health cannot guarantee specific temperature ranges during transit beyond

our standard protective packaging measures.

Laws


This Agreement, its Terms and Conditions and the Use of this Site shall be governed
by the laws in existence in Australia. You agree that any claim relating to the Site and
our service can only be dealt with in a court in the state of Queensland, Australia.

 

Delivery


It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct billing and delivery
address to confirm the details before processing. We ship Australia wide at a
standard rate of $9.95 for Aramex or $10.95 to ship with Australia Post. For orders over $99
shipping is free!

Standard and Free shipping is sent with Aramex (note: if you have a
PO BOX or parcel locker and qualify for Free Shipping it will be sent with Australia
Post).  

Express Shipping is available for $19.95 through Australia Post.  Tracking
information for your order will be emailed to you. To track your order simply click on
the link in your order confirmation. 

Gr8 Health may not be able to provide delivery to
all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. We aim to have
orders processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being received.
 

Shipping times are approximate and are as follows:


. SE QLD:  1 – 2 business days
. QLD Regional:  3 – 4 business days
. NSW:  3 – 5 business days

. VIC, ACT, SA:  3 – 5 business days
. TAS:  5 – 7 business days
. WA, NT:  5 – 10 business days
. TAS:  5 – 7 business days

 


Out of Stocks


Gr8Health.com.au will endeavour to ensure that all products ordered by you are
supplied to you. However, please be advised that our inventory can fluctuate
throughout the day due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “stocked” when
you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. As we offer our customers
competitive pricing, we may need to order stock to ensure it has the longest use by
date. This also helps to keep our costs down due to increased freight and storage
costs. If there is a considerable delay, or we are unable to receive the item you have
ordered we will contact you by email or phone to notify you. If we are unable to
provide you with the product, we will offer you another suggestion or the option of a
refund. Please note that we are our suppliers preferred retailer and will receive out of
stock immediately from manufacturers.

 


Damaged Products


We check every product carefully to ensure it is not damaged prior to packing the
products. Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it to check if there are
any damaged products from the shipment you must contact us within 48 hours by 
emailing [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos so we can
submit a claim with the shipping companies and organise a replacement to be sent
to you as soon as possible.

Please note that you will need to keep the product and packaging (a garbage bag is very useful),

as we may need to arrange a collection. If you do not keep the products we will not be able to issue a refund.

This is a policy beyond our control.

 


Pricing Policy & Currency


Gr8health.com.au is carefully monitored by our staff to provide customers with
competitive pricing. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in-house
purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. All of our
prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services
Tax).

 


Payment Methods


Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and no surcharges apply using Westpac.
Westpac is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider.
PayPal is also accepted.
We also offer AfterPay – a service that allows you to split your purchase into 4
fortnightly instalments with no interest. T&Cs apply.

 


Returns

We understand that online shopping can be difficult. so we are here to help!

Damaged or Faulty Items : To be eligible for a refund, any claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Customers must provide photo evidence clearly showing the front and back of the product packaging,
including the batch number and best before date. Without this information, we are unable to process refunds or
replacements.

Returns Due to Change of Mind : Contact must be made via email within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Items must Items must be unused, unopened and in perfect resealable condition (including original packaging, instructions, etc.).

Items must be returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery. We are not obligated to provide a
refund if the returned product is not received within the specified timeframe.

You will be responsible for all your own postage fee, including a non refundable $4.95 processing fee . 

Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty.
Items on clearance and/or with short expiry dates are non refundable and non returnable unless faulty.

The original shipping charges are not refundable. 

Please note: Refrigerated items are not eligible for return due to their perishable nature.

 

Missing Parcel


Gr8 Health is not responsible for a missing parcel as we provide tracking details and once
your order has left our warehouse it is no longer in our possession. If the courier informed
you the parcel was delivered and you are sure it was not, this matter should be taken to
Australia Post or Aramex via these links:

Order Changes or Cancellations


As we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time during which you
may change or cancel an order. All orders are automatically processed on our secure
merchant facility and this process incurs irreversible fees. If you wish to cancel an order, a
full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees incurred by
Gr8health.com.au due to the cancellation of your order ($4.95 processing fee).

If you should make a mistake when
ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not yet been dispatched, we
will try to accommodate your request.
