This introductory offer is structured to provide complimentary advice and recommendations on the Gr8 Health products. This phone call will also allow you to ask questions around what to expect when booking an initial consult. We will call you at the scheduled time on the phone number provided. Please note, no treatment plan or prescription will be provided in this call. You are not able to be prescribed practitioner only products in this introductory call.
Initial Consult:
Initial consults are structured to thoroughly gather information about your health concerns, health history and health goals to create an individualised treatment plan for you which may include herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, and dietary and lifestyle advice. Your treatment plan will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your initial appointment.
Return Consult:
During your follow-up appointment, your naturopath will review & assess your progress, address any concerns, and fine-tune your treatment plan. They will also evaluate any functional pathology test results.
When you book an initial or return appointment, full payment is made when booking. You will then receive an email about your upcoming appointment which contains the following:
Refunds are available minus transaction fees if you need to cancel before 24-hours prior to your appointment. 48 hours before your appointment you will receive a reminder email which provides instructions on how to change/cancel if needed. Please read our cancellation policy below. By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
Gr8 Health has a strict cancellation policy. Cancellation of consultation requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations which are received within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation, will incur 100% of the total fee. Failure to attend a consultation or event will result in booking forfeit and 100% of the fee. If unforeseen circumstances arise, and the practitioner is unable to proceed with the appointment, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. Considerations will be made on a case-by-case situation.
This policy is in place as we value our time and are likely to be unable to fill appointments with less than 24 hours' notice. As we strongly value your time, we appreciate a mutual value for our time and the time of other clients.
Re-scheduling appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Re-scheduling appointments within 24 hours of the consultation will be based on our discretion and may incur 50% of the fee.
We understand that sometimes clients may be late for their consultation. We appreciate your understanding that we will not be able to extend your appointment time and will still finish at the designated end time. If there is any portion of the consultation that couldn't be completed, it will have to be re-booked in or completed next time (if time allows).
Full payment is made upon booking. Payment is taken through a secure Stripe Payment Gateway. We do not store credit card details. Prescription and/or testing will be purchased separately to the consultation once a personalised treatment plan has been developed.
If a prescription is given, this will be generated after the consultation, and you will receive information and details via email. You will be advised to log-in to your Gr8 Health account to process the payment where you will be able to modify or add extra items from the website. If you do not have a Gr8 Health account, your naturopath will create one for you and refer you to finalise by creating your own password. Payment on Gr8 Health for prescription can be made via. Credit card, PayPal or Afterpay.
Any requested integrative pathology testing will be organised by your practitioner with payment made directly to the pathology centre (e.g. NutriPath, Sullivan Nicolaides).
