Each vegetarian capsule contains 15.6 billion CFU of Lactobacillus rhamnosus (CUL 63), 9.5 billion CFU of Lactobacillus casei (CUL 06), 7.4 billion CFU of Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL 21 + CUL 60), 4.3 billion CFU of Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis (CUL 34), 3.2 billion CFU of Lactobacillus plantarum (CUL 66), 2.3 billion CFU of Streptococcus thermophilus (CUL 68), 1.4 billion CFU each of Lactobacillus fermentum (CUL 67) and Bifidobacterium breve (CUL 74), and 225 million CFU of Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL 20).
