This week we released a new brand: Inca Organics. Inca organics are an Australian owned brand. They blend and pack within Australia with sustainability as their main priority. Their stylish tubs are made from more than 70% recycled material. They manufacture some of the highest grade protein powders derived from whey and hemp. Honestly, we’re all quite excited about stocking Inca Organics as it’s a brand whose values we really believe in.

So, why do I love this brand so much? When we first came across Inca I was instantly impressed by everything in their product range being organic. This means that the products are grown and made as nature intended, free from synthetic chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, hormones, antibiotics, and GMOs. Being certified organic means you do not have to worry about any of that.

Personally, my favourite product from the range is the raw hemp & cacao protein superfood powder. As I can be a bit sensitive to whey, the hemp instantly caught my eye. Hemp is one of my favourite super foods and I recommend it to my clients a lot. Not only is it one of the only complete bioavailable plant proteins, it also contains essential fatty acids. These extra nutrients will assist with energy, recovery and muscle development but also improving hair, skin and nails. I love the addition of cacao as it improves blood flow, blood sugar regulation and overall energy. Not to mention chocolate always puts a smile on my face!

Inca organics uses the highest grade hemp protein from Canada, which is renowned for its quality. This hemp protein has a superior nutrition protein with 65g of protein per 100g of powder, providing a powerful and potent formula. Whey Range

The Inca whey protein range is also quite impressive. Their whey comes from 100% grass-fed New Zealand cows, meaning no grains are used to feed the cattle. Grass-fed is a better choice than grain-fed cattle as grains can be inflammatory and isn’t as nature intended. Because Inca’s whey is produced using milk from cows that graze on lush organic pastures, it’s some of the best milk in the world as it is in harmony with nature – as it should be!

They process the milk with low temperature to retain nutritional properties which means that there is 80g of protein per 100g of powder, with great absorption and bioavailability. Unlike some brands, Inca’s whey is a pure concentrate and does not contain isolate or milk powders.
