Start taking Echinaforce® Cold & Flu Hot Drink Syrup at the first sign of a cold or flu. It has been clinically demonstrated to be an effective therapy for the early, self-care treatment of seasonal, uncomplicated influenza (flu).

Every 5ml dose contains: 300- 600mg Echinacea purpurea herb, 17-29mg Echinacea purpurea root & Elderberry flavour.

Uses
To be made into a hot drink by diluting 5mL into hot water before use. On days 1 to 3 take 5mL diluted with ~150 mL hot water 5 times daily. On days 4 to 10 take 5mL diluted in ~150 mL hot water 3 times daily.
