These hannahpad Ultra Overnight pads are extra-large-size, reusable night-time menstrual pads that are designed to allow you a comfortable night's sleep even when your flow is heavy.

Made from certified organic Cotton that is unbleached and non-dyed, they are safe, super-comfortable and ideal for those who have sensitive skin issues. They also help to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill and save you money.

Hannahpad clothpads have unique double-stitching for durability, have a higher level of absorbency than disposables and will last for 2-3 years, depending on personal use and care. They also have a special TPU waterproof coating on the inside of the outer layer to provide secure protection against leaks, even at night.
