Valerian is a gentle sedative and relaxant herb, used for centuries to promote restful sleep and ease nervous tension. It can be taken during the day to calm tension or irritability or before bed to aid a good night's sleep.

Ingredients
Each 5ml contains certified organic herbal extract equiv. to dried: Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract equiv. to dry root 2.5g.
Details
Shake well and dilute with water or juice before use.
Adults: 3-5ml up to 3 times daily OR for sleep support 5-10ml in the evening.
Children 6-12 years: Take half the adult dose.
Do not use with sedative medication unless under professional advice. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
