Designed to be made in any kitchen, no specialised equipment or experience required. Just add nuts to make Marinated Feta, Soft Mozzarella, Firm Mozzarella, Halloumi, Ricotta, Cream Cheese or Mascarpone.
Dairy-free – Gluten Free – No Artificial Flavours – No Preservatives - Vegan
- 8 ingredients & supplies to make your own vegan cheese
- 30 minutes hands-on time (doesn’t include soaking time for nuts)
- Kit makes 18 batches (3.6 kg/8 lb) of vegan cheese before refills are required
Ingredients: 450g Salt (sodium chloride, anticaking agent (535)); 100g Citric Acid; 75g Organic tapioca starch; 65g Agar powder; 40g Savoury yeast flakes (yeast (96%), salt).
