Details
Adults: 4g (1 metric teaspoon)
Children: 2-6 years: 1g (1/4 metric teaspoon), 7-11 years: 1.5g (1/3 metric teaspoon), 12-18 years: 2g (1/2 metric teaspoon.
Mix the appropriate dose into 200mL of water or juice, 30 minutes before bedtime.
Cautions / Contraindications:
Not suitable for children under the age of 12 months.
