We understand that online shopping can be difficult.  We will accept the return of any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered. Gr8health.com.au must be contacted via email within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.  Items must be received back within 7 days of purchase.  We will issue you with a return address label that needs to be placed onto the original packing for return.

Goods returned to us because of change of mind must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. Items must be returned within (7) days of the purchase date. If you instigate a return due to change of mind, you will be responsible for all associated costs due to returning the item ($4.95 processing fee as well as any postage).

Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty. Gr8Health.com.au takes no responsibility for lost merchandise without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable. 

A processing fee of $4.95 will be charged for change of mind and parcels that have been returned to our office due to them not being collected.
