Damaged or Faulty Items : To be eligible for a refund, any claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Customers must provide photo evidence clearly showing the front and back of the product packaging, including the batch number and best before date. Without this information, we are unable to process refunds or replacements.

Returns Due to Change of Mind : Contact must be made via email within 72 hours of receiving your order.  Items must Items must be unused, unopened and in perfect condition (including original packaging, instructions, etc.).

You will be responsible for all your own postage fee, including a non refundable $4.95 processing fee . 

Sale goods are non-returnable unless faulty. Items on clearance and/or with short expiry dates are non refundable and non returnable unless faulty. 

The original shipping charges are not refundable. 

Refrigerated items are not eligible for return due to their perishable nature.
