Uses
Directions for use :Take 2 capsules daily with food.
Suggestion : Ideally two capsules together after breakfast (at least 30 – 60minutes away from caffeine).
You can also split the dose and take 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 capsule after lunch.
A note from our founder – try to avoid taking Natal Support at night due to the B group vitamins – these can promote energy and we want you to have a restful nights sleep.
WARNING – Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. Contains vitamin B6. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Please advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner. If you have pre-existing thyroid conditions, seek advice from your medical practitioner before taking this medicine.
