Please be aware that gummy products can be sensitive to changes in temperature and weather conditions during transit. Depending on the conditions your parcel experiences, gummies may become softer, firmer, slightly melted, or stick together.

We take care when storing and packing all products before dispatch. However, once your parcel has been collected by the courier, temperature, weather conditions and the environment during transportation are outside of our control.

These temperature-related changes do not necessarily mean that the product is damaged. Once received, we recommend storing your gummies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, and always following the storage instructions provided on the product packaging.

By purchasing gummy products, please be aware that some changes in texture or appearance may occur during delivery due to weather or temperature conditions.

Returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted solely for temperature-related softening, melting, hardening or sticking during transit.
