Ingredients
Each 8 g dose delivers a comprehensive mix of nutrients and active cofactors. It provides 320 mg of magnesium as amino acid chelate (Magnachel™), along with 500 mg each of glutamine and taurine. It also contains 293.25 mg of levocarnitine tartrate, equivalent to 200 mg of levocarnitine, and 200 mg of d-ribose. The formulation includes 121.7 mg of calcium ascorbate dihydrate, yielding 100 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and 11.44 mg of calcium. For B-vitamin support, it offers 30 mg of thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), 34.2 mg of riboflavin sodium phosphate (active vitamin B2, equivalent to 25 mg riboflavin), 25 mg of riboflavin, 50 mg of nicotinamide (vitamin B3), and 87.3 mg of calcium pantothenate, providing 80 mg of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and 7.34 mg of calcium. It also includes 36.5 mg of pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P), equivalent to 25 mg of active vitamin B6, and 30.4 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, also equivalent to 25 mg of vitamin B6. Additionally, it supplies 163 micrograms of calcium folinate, providing 150 micrograms of folinic acid (activated vitamin B9), and 100 micrograms of hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12). The formula is further enriched with 41.3 mg of calcium as calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, 25 micrograms of chromium as picolinate, 11 mg of potassium as aspartate, 25 micrograms of selenium (selenium 100 micrograms), 5 mg of zinc as amino acid chelate, and 75 mg of Coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone). Contains sulfites, soya bean products and ribose which is a sugar.

Uses
Take 8g (2 level scoops) once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Only use the scoop provided. Mix in 100mL-200mL or water of juice and consume immediately.
