Each chewable capsule contains 526 mg of concentrated omega-3 triglycerides derived from fish, providing 315 mg of omega-3 marine triglycerides, including 189 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 126 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). It also includes 112.2 micrograms of retinol palmitate, equivalent to 61.2 micrograms of vitamin A (retinol equivalents), 40 micrograms of potassium iodide providing 30.6 micrograms of iodine, and 5 micrograms of colecalciferol (vitamin D3), equivalent to 200 IU of vitamin D.
