- Therapeutic dose in one chewable tablet of enXtraTM ‐ proprietary extract of Alpinia galanga (galangal).

Uses
Adults: 1-2 tablets per day or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Warnings : Products containing isomalt may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
PRECAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICTIONS:
Galangal extract 600 mg daily has been used with apparent safety for 12 weeks.
ADVERSE EFFECTS:
Galangal is generally well-tolerated.
Research conducted with EnXtra® galangal extract report good tolerability and safety profile at 600 mg daily for 3 months, with no impact on heart rate, blood pressure or sleep and did not cause jitteriness. No withdrawal effects have been reported on discontinuation.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION:
There is insufficient reliable information available about the safety of galangal when used in medicinal amounts during pregnancy and lactation.
