Uses
Dosage
- 1 capsule twice daily with water and a meal
Warnings
- To be taken with food
- In rare cases, camellia sinensis may harm the liver; stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
- Caffeine intake of more than 200 mg daily is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation; a cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine
- Contains trigonella foenum-graecum; may potentiate hypoglycaemic effect of hypoglycaemic medication
