Botanika Blends is one of those very eye catching brands with their very colourful packaging, amazing product names and really fun flavours – but how are the products and how do they taste? 

Botanika Blends was founded with a single aim – to offer plant-based, organic and health conscious options in a supplement market dominated by artificial concoctions and dirty tricks. With that promise in mind, I was definitely very curious to see what they’ve come up with! 

Is it not everyday you see protein flavours such as Vanilla Cake Batter or Apple Pie – does are desserts right? And I’m supposed to avoid them? Wrong! Botanika Blends made it possible for these flavours to be healthy and incredibly delicious to make your treat time magical!

Naturally, I was super curious about 3 products, so I had to get my hands on them!


BOTANIKA BLENDS Plant Protein Apple Pie 500g

I am a huge fan of plant protein and having tried delicious options like everything from Macro Mike, i was curious to see how Botanika Blends nailed the flavour. And they did – the cinnamon is an absolute flavour bomb and it tastes just like an apple pie! Although it is not very sweet, it still gives me the sweetness I need to stop the cravings and it was delicious mixed with my favourite plant based milk – almond. 

The shake became really thick and it was also delicious mixed with berries in a blender. The perfect smoothie! 

BOTANIKA BLENDS Vegan Protein Bars Vanilla Cake Batter 40g

I was so curious about these! With only 5gr of carbs and 10gr of protein, what else could you ask for? And these are the perfect afternoon treat! You can definitely taste the cashews and the vanilla flavour is not overpowering – is actually quite subtle and the consistency is very smooth. For an all natural bar, super affordable that you can take anywhere, this became my new favourite!

BOTANIKA BLENDS Magikal Mushroom Mix Coffee 300g

I am an absolute coffee addict and this caught my attention straight away. Carefully blended to support your immunity, digestion, cognitive, skin and overall good health, how does a mushroom infused coffee tastes like? To be honest, like coconut! I know this sounds crazy, but the blend contains coconut milk (it’s a latte!) and the flavour is a win. Super smooth, easy to drink and gave me the kick I needed without any additives. Perfect for an afternoon cuppa (or morning too!), these certified organic mushroom powders also provide vital minerals like calcium phosphorus, potassium and magnesium, while the caffeine from the coffee powder gives a substantial energy boost!

Botanika Blends definitely impressed me and became a staple in my healthy cabinet! Delicious flavour, magical blends and super exciting ingredients – this is a definite must have!
