Of course, being a chocolate lover, I had to get my hands on a few truffles! 

I picked 3 flavours:

ALTER ECO Chocolate Organic Silk Velvet Truffles 12g

The package does not lie – the texture is like velvet. It completely melts in your mouth when you bite into it so I had a brilliant idea – add it to my coffee for a treat! 

It melted right into my cup and the result was an amazing cup of chocolatey goodness, a perfect afternoon treat to boost energy! This was an absolute winner for me! 

ALTER ECO Chocolate Organic Superdark Cacao Truffles 12g

I am not a huge fan of dark chocolate, but these looked amazing and I needed to see if I would change my mind. Just like the first ones, these also melt in your mouth. The chocolate flavour is super strong, not for the faint hearted and definitely suitable for those who love a strong taste. 

What I like the best about these was that it does not have a strong after taste – it’s very subtle and tastes very creamy and luxurious. Really nice with a cup of milk!

ALTER ECO Chocolate Organic Salted Caramel Truffles 12g

Now these were my favourite pick. I absolutely love salted caramel and these did not disappoint. 

It is so addictive, I had to stop myself. You can taste the sea salt in every bite, the texture is super creamy and indulgent and the caramel is an absolute delight. This became my favourite chocolate to have in my office drawer! 

Final Thoughts

Alter Eco Truffles are definitely worth a try. You get great value for money and this little treat is packed full of flavour for all your chocolate cravings!
