The product we decided to try is the amazing Adrenal Magnesium Support Formula, a formula containing ashwagandha and other nutrients to reduce fatigue. This product is suitable for vegans and contains a combination of bioavailable Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B6 and more. 

The flavour I tried was a delicious chocolate – which was not overpowering and definitely didn’t give me that strange sweetener taste we experience with some chocolate powders – this one contains stevia, which I find tasty. It was easy to drink as well! I mixed a scoop (5gr) into my shaker with full fat milk (my preference) and the flavour was delicious! I had it just after my workout to help with my recovery and one serving filled me up and actually gave me a mood boost after an intense session.
