You sure can! Whilst BOLD has been developed for people 50+ it contains some great nutrients that are beneficial to adults of all ages.

We recommend taking BOLD 2-3 times per week. This means a pouch should last you 4-6 weeks. In total there are 12 full serves per bag.

Bold is perfect for those times that you don’t eat or want a full meal. It is not a meal replacement product as such, the main reason for this is that there's only 142 calories per serve which is too little for a meal replacement product according to industry standards. Because there is a lot of protein in each serve (20grams) it does help to keep you feeling fuller longer so you may find yourself eating less overall on the days you take it.
