For years, IBS and gut issues ruled my life. Like you, I constantly battled food sensitivities, bloating, and unpredictable bathroom trips. I tirelessly searched for answers, visiting every doctor and specialist imaginable. Their advice? Stress less, eat more fibre, try another probiotic, go low-fodmap, or – the most disheartening – "learn to live with it."

2019 brought a turning point. Traditional methods were offering little to no relief and I was miserable. Fed up with supplements that didn’t work or that only helped in the moment, I set out on a mission to develop a formula that would address the root causes of my gut issues. And that’s how DAYLY was born.
