The Mothers Blend, The Ocean’s Magnesium and Wild Zinc are all listed by the brand as suitable. Individual advice on pregnancy, breastfeeding or nutritional status should come from your health practitioner.

Q: Are there any allergen concerns?

Wild Zinc contains oyster meat powder, which is a mollusc. The Ocean’s Magnesium contains sea lettuce, which the brand can’t guarantee is free from incidental mollusc or crustacean residue. Check the label if allergies are a concern.

Foraged For You makes wholefood supplements on the Sunshine Coast, using certified organic and wild-harvested ingredients. Nutrients come from real food in its original form, including fermented foods, freeze-dried organ meats, sea minerals and botanicals. Nothing is built from synthetic isolates, and nothing is preserved or coloured artificially.
