Thankfully Nourished makes uncomplicated whole foods for people who've had health thrown at them sideways. Founder Katrina Armstrong built the brand out of her own family's run-ins with chronic fatigue syndrome, lymphoma and a child's genetic disability — the kind of experience that makes you fussy about what actually goes into a jar.

The range covers the essentials: Australian collagen peptides and gelatin, Alaskan marine collagen, organic Japanese matcha, monk fruit sweetener, freeze-dried organ supplements and unfortified nutritional yeast. Everything is made in Australia (or sourced with the same rigour), and the brand's rule is simple — if they don't believe in a product 100%, they don't sell it.
