Wheatbags are a cotton fabric bag filled with wheat that is microwaveable. The gentle heat of the wheat pack infuses muscles with heat which encourages blood flow and leads to decreased muscle tension. Basically wheat bags can help to undo all the stress we accumulate during the day! Wheat bags can also be used as cold packs so they’re super versatile.

Heat in the microwave Simply pop your heat pack in the microwave for 2 minutes on high. Make sure the pack is as spread out and flat as possible to get even heat distributed through it. It’s really important to make sure your turntable inside the microwave actually turns. If it doesn’t, do not use, as this will cause uneven heating and may product hot spots that can burn. Test after 2 minutes After 2 minutes test your wheat bag and see if it’s warm enough. Keep in mind that the bag may not feel hot when it first comes out but it will get warmer as the heat spreads through the wheat. If after 30 seconds you think it needs a bit longer pop it back in the mircowave for another 30 seconds. Try a cold pack in the freezer You can use your wheatbags as a heat pack but it also makes a great cold pack. Simply store it in the freezer and use it when you need a quick cool down and for helping with sprains and strains.
