Staying hydrated is critical, so keep a water bottle on hand, drink frequently, and make water your drink of choice.

Last but not least, show your mind some love by regularly practising gratitude and self-care. Even thinking about what you're grateful for right now for one minute can change your perspective and make you feel more positive.
You may notice that you are more hungry now that you are training on a regular basis. Fill your fridge and pantry with nutrient-dense foods and plenty of fruits and vegetables - it's easier to make a healthy choice when one is readily available.
