This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, biphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs) or thyroid hormone, separate doses by at least 2 hours.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Contains trace amounts of sulfur dioxide.
Gelatin naturally contains phenylalanine. Caution patients sensitive to phenylalanine.
Discontinue 7 days prior to general anaesthesia.
