WARNING: If you are pregnant – or considering becoming pregnant – do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects. This product contains Selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150μg of Selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700mcg Retinol equivalents for women and 900mcg Retinol equivalents for men. When taken in excess of 3000μg Retinol equivalents – Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Capsules can be opened and the powdered contents added to your favourite cold or lukewarm food or beverage. If adding to a blended/juiced beverage, add powdered contents after blending/juicing and stir lightly.
