Serving Suggestions:
To release stomach gases, boil 1 Tablespoon of elderberries & 1 tsp of honey, in a cup of water, for 2-3 minutes.
Uses
May be useful for but not limited to:
- Promote deep sleep.
- Aid circulation.
- Rich in vitamin C.
- Increase the production of red blood cells.
- Used as a cough syrup when boiled with sugar.
