Details
Serving Suggestions: Add 1 tsp of dried leaves to a cup & top with boiling water. Infuse for 10-15 minutes and enjoy.
Start with shorter infusions if you are new to Gotu Kola to avoid stomach irritations. Start with one cup & work up to 3 cups per day for a 6 week period only.
