Details
Kfibre is really easy to add in to your existing diet. It is tasteless as an additive to the meals and drinks you already use every day. Start with 1/2 tsp per day for the first 2 weeks and then increase this to 1tsp for next 2 weeks. Then onto a standard dose of 1 tsp morning and night.
Please note that Kfibre is a prebiotic that is mainly insoluble (with a small percentage being soluble) and will not dissolve completely in liquids. Make sure you stir well before drinking Kfibre mixed into a glass so that you consume both the soluble and insoluble fibres.
