Details
Dosage
- Standard dose: 1 – 2 scoops (4 – 8 g) daily, mixed with 250 mL water
- When introducing: ½ scoop (2 g) daily for first 1 – 14 days then 1 scoop (4 g) on days 15 – 28
Warnings
- Drink plenty of water
- Not intended for immediate relief
- Improper or overuse may result in discomfort
- Do not use in case of medically induced constipation
- Not suitable for children not yet consuming full solid foods
- Ensure consuming adequate fluids when taking this product
- Never inhale or ingest powder directly; always combine with fluid before taking
- As your body adjusts to increases in fibre you may experience altered bowel movement
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
