Kintra Foods Loose Leaf Tea Morning Bloom is a nurturing infusion of chamomile, lavender, and lemon myrtle with sweet fennel and the gentle strength of ashwagandha and echinacea. Raspberry leaf and olive leaf bring depth, while rose petals, calendula, and cornflower add a delicate floral finish. Each cup is a calm exhale, a steady, grounding way to bloom into the day ahead.
Ingredients
Chamomile, Fennel Seeds, Lavender, Lemon Myrtle, Raspberry Leaves, Olive Leaf, Red Rose Petals, Blue Cornflower, Calendula, Ashwagandha, Echinacea.
Uses
HOT
- Bring fresh, filtered water to a gentle boil (100°C).
- Add 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into an infuser.
- Place in your cup or teapot and pour over the hot water.
- Brew for 3–5 minutes, then remove the infuser.

COLD
- Place 1 filter bag or 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into a jug of cold water.
- Cover and steep in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours – or overnight for a deeper infusion.
- Strain if needed, then enjoy over ice or as is.
