Uses
Directions
Adults: Add 1 1/2 metric teaspoons (6.1 g) to 200 mL of water once daily with food.
Children: Add 1 metric teaspoon (4.07 g) to 100 mL of water once daily with food.
Free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein and salt. Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Contains steviol glycosides.

Warnings
– This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains 150 mg of potassium per 6.1 g dose.
