Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless professionally advised. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have thyroid, autoimmune or liver conditions, are awaiting surgery, or take thyroid, sedative, anticonvulsant, immunosuppressant, blood-pressure or diabetes medication. Withania may occasionally cause digestive upset or drowsiness and has rarely been associated with liver injury; discontinue use and seek medical advice if unusual fatigue, abdominal pain, dark urine or yellowing of the skin or eyes occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Take 3–7 mL daily (approximately 20–40 mL weekly), directly or diluted in water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
