DIRECTIONS
- Use 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of boiled water.
- Steep 5-8 mins and strain.
Maximum 3 cups daily. Half strength for children under 12.
Uses
- May assist with indigestion and diarrhoea.
- Anti-inflammatory, soothes urinary tract upsets.
- Useful for babies if cooled tea is gently rubbed onto the gums for teething and pain relief.
- Marshmallow has no relationship to the confectionery of the same name.
