A gentle prebiotic soluble fibre made from one ingredient: partially hydrolysed guar gum from the guar bean.
Taste free and odour free, it dissolves easily into water, smoothies, cereal or yoghurt and can go into cooking and baking.
Each 6 g serve gives about 5 g of dietary fibre. The 300 g jar holds 50 serves and works out cheaper per serve than the 150 g. Soluble fibre supporting regularity.

Vegan. Gluten free.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place. Keep the lid tightly closed after use.
As with other food products that contain fibre, this product may cause abdominal discomfort in susceptible individuals. If the cap seal is damaged or missing, do not use. Contains a silica gel sachet, do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.
Uses
6 g (4 rounded teaspoons). Start with 5 g (3 teaspoons) a day and build up gradually to 6 g. Mix into water, smoothies, cereal or yoghurt. Drinking an extra glass of water afterwards is advised.
