The recommended serving is as follows:
Mix 10g (2 teaspoon-TBC) of Restore with 400-700ml of water, shake until dissolved then consume.
Take two servings per day or as directed by your health-care professional.
However, if you find the flavour too strong or too weak, we recommend adding or subtracting water until you find your perfect taste.
Due to Restore’s classification under FSANZ as a ‘Formulated Supplementary Sports Food’, we must release a disclosure statement that this product is not suitable for children under the age of 15.
