Warnings :
Due to the risk of reaching excessively elevated Serotonin level s, 5-HTP is contraindicated in those taking SSRI (or any other Serotonin modif ying) medications.
Diminish use in all other individual s who present with any symptoms of dizziness, agitation, tremor, tachycardia or diarrhoea following administration.
5-HTP has not been extensively tested for its effects during pregnancy. Health practitioners may prefer to avoid its use during pregnancy or lactation.
