A Little Note About Your SODii Products 💛
SODii products can be a little sensitive to heat and humidity while travelling to you. During warmer conditions, you may notice the powder has become slightly sticky, clumped together, softened or developed some moisture.
Don’t worry — these changes can naturally occur due to temperature fluctuations during transit and do not necessarily mean there is anything wrong with the product. We recommend storing the powder in a cool, dry place once received and gently breaking up any clumps before use.
Once your SODii arrives, we recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
As temperature conditions during delivery are outside of our control, please note that we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds solely for heat-related changes that occur during transit.
