Ingredients
Mushrooms (69%) (portobello, shiitake, lion’s mane), Mount Zero Pink Lake salt, onion, balsamic vinegar, white balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, extra virgin olive oil.
Details
Simply add 1 tsp to 250 mL of hot water for a full flavoured stock or add a teaspoon directly to your favourite, stuffings, gravies, marinades, dressings and sauces. You may also like to use it in soups, risottos, casseroles, or when preparing grains.
