ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER CAPSULE: d-alpha-tocopherol 336.34 mg, equiv. Vitamin E 500 IU, Selenomethionine 6.24 mg, equiv. Selenium 26 microgram. Contains encapsulating aids and colouring substances.

Uses
Adults – Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bottle and/or cap seal is missing or broken.
Warnings – This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains sulfites and trace amounts of pollen.
