Ingredients
Contains a comprehensive blend of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to support overall health. It includes 4 mg of betacarotene, 100 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), and 82.6 mg of d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate, equivalent to 100 IU of vitamin E, along with 14.7 mg of mixed tocopherols concentrate (low-alpha type). It also provides 431.2 micrograms of retinol acetate, delivering 375 micrograms of vitamin A (retinol equivalents), 50 mg of thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), 50 mg of riboflavin (vitamin B2), and 200 mg of nicotinamide (vitamin B3). Additionally, it contains 50 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride, equivalent to 41.1 mg of vitamin B6, 400 micrograms of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), 400 micrograms of folic acid (vitamin B9), 100 micrograms of biotin, and 2.5 micrograms of colecalciferol, equivalent to 100 IU of vitamin D3. Phytomenadione (vitamin K1) is present at 30 micrograms, and calcium pantothenate provides 100 mg, equivalent to 91.6 mg of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and 8.39 mg of calcium. The mineral content includes 50 mg of calcium (as citrate), 1 mg of boron (as borax), 50 micrograms of chromium (as nicotinate), 200 micrograms of copper (as copper gluconate), 25 mg of magnesium (as oxide), 1 mg of manganese (as amino acid chelate), 75 micrograms of molybdenum (as molybdenum trioxide), 26 micrograms of selenium (from 100 micrograms of selenium source), and 10 mg of zinc (as amino acid chelate). Nutrients also include 50 mg of citrus bioflavonoids, 50 mg of choline bitartrate, equivalent to 20 mg of choline, and 50 mg of inositol (myo-inositol).

- If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [contains vitamin B6].
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Contains ethanol no more than 3% v/v as a preservative and sulfites.
- Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Uses
