Silica Liquid provides support in maintaining the heath and integrity of the skin and supporting connective tissue health. Silica maintains the health of hair, nails, collagen, bones, joint cartilage and tendons. It also helps support bone mineralisation, bone mass and bone strength in premenopausal women. The vegan, citrus flavoured oral liquid provides convenience and ease of dosing.
Ingredients
Each 5 mL dose of BioCeuticals Silica Liquid contains 150 mg of silica colloidal anhydrous, which is equivalent to 70 mg of elemental silicon. Contains sodium benzoate as a preservative and soya bean products.

Uses
Adults take 5 mL (1 metric teaspoon) once daily, mixed with water or juice, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake the bottle well before each use.
